14U locations announced for 2021-22 National League P.R.O. season


FRISCO, Texas (April 12, 2021) — The US Youth Soccer National League is excited to announce the dates and locations of the National League P.R.O. events for the 14-and-Under age group for the 2021-22 season.

The 14U age group will see all teams compete at two events — November 2021 at the Round Rock Multipurpose Complex in Round Rock, Texas, and January 2022 at the ChampionsGate Sports Complex in ChampionsGate, Florida. Both events will feature staggered starts, with the girls kicking off one day before the boys.

USYS National League P.R.O. | 2021-22 Season, 14U Events

Event 1 – Round Rock Multipurpose Complex (Round Rock, Texas)
GIRLS – Nov. 12-14, 2021 (3 games per team)
BOYS – Nov. 13-15, 2021 (3 games per team)

Event 2 – ChampionsGate Sports Complex (ChampionsGate, Fla.)
GIRLS – Jan. 7-9, 2022 (3 games per team)
BOYS – Jan. 8-10, 2022 (3 games per team)

“We are thrilled to be hosting our 14U National League P.R.O. events at these two high-quality facilities, which have been excellent hosts to past US Youth Soccer competitions,” said Chris Webb, Director of Operations & Event Management for USYS. “As members of 14U teams, many of these athletes will be getting their first opportunity to experience a national event, and we know Round Rock and ChampionsGate will provide an excellent stage for the players to compete and make memories.”

Each 14U event will feature 48 boys teams and 48 girls teams, for a total of 96 National League P.R.O. sides competing at each event. In addition to the six games played between the two national events, the National League P.R.O. teams will each play a local game against a National League Conference opponent or a local cross-Conference opponent to complete the seven-game season.

The Round Rock Multipurpose Complex’s 60 acres boasts four natural grass multipurpose fields, one natural grass championship field, four synthetic turf multipurpose fields, and one synthetic turf championship field. Players love the landmark facility that provides configurations for every outdoor sport including rugby, football, soccer, ultimate frisbee and more. This key player in Round Rock’s collection of sports facilities brings a sense of luxury to the field with its Musco sports lighting, shaded seating, abundant parking, playgrounds, plazas, and even a clubhouse with meeting rooms.

The next National League P.R.O. location announcement is expected around April 19 and will outline the two locations of the second events for 15U-19U teams. A final exciting location announcement will follow in late April or early May and highlight the location of the opening National League P.R.O. event for all 15U-19U teams.


USYS National League P.R.O. will comprise the national tier of the USYS National League, along with the USYS National League Showcase Series. National League P.R.O. provides teams in the 14U-19U Boys and Girls age groups with the chance to play some of the top competition in the country while competing for berths to the USYS National Championships. For each gender, 12 teams per age group will advance to the National Championships from National League P.R.O.

The National League Conferences continue to offer the primary league competition for the majority of teams, while having increased connectivity to National League P.R.O. through qualification pathways and local games.
