Indiana-Michigan-Minnesota

Teams in Indiana, Michigan and Minnesota may play in either the Great Lakes Conference or the Midwest Conference.
INDIANA
GIRLS - Teams play in the Great Lakes Conference in the spring to avoid high school soccer conflicts.
BOYS - Teams can choose to go either direction but must stay in the conference they initially choose to maintain spots and order in promotion/relegation. Should a team switch conferences, it will begin at the lowest division in the new conference.
MICHIGAN
GIRLS - Teams play in the Midwest Conference in the fall to avoid high school soccer conflicts.
BOYS - Teams east of Lansing, Mich., generally play in the Great Lakes Conference. Teams west of Lansing, Mich., generally play in the Midwest Conference. Teams can choose to go either direction but must stay in the conference they initially choose to maintain spots and order in promotion/relegation. Should a team switch conferences, it will begin at the lowest division in the new conference.
MINNESOTA
GIRLS - Teams in the 15U-19U age groups play in the Great Lakes Conference in the spring to avoid high school conflicts. Teams in the 13U-14U age groups play in the Midwest Conference during the fall season.
BOYS - Teams play in the Midwest Conference in the spring.

Utah
Teams in Utah play in either the Desert Conference or the Northwest Conference.
- In Team vs. Team competition, Utah teams primarily compete in the Desert Conference.
- The Northwest Conference Club vs. Club Division includes some clubs/teams from Utah.

Hawaii
Hawaii teams have the flexibility to compete in whichever West Region conference is most sensible for them, based on each team's situation.
