FRISCO, Texas (April 1, 2022) — The US Youth Soccer National League is excited to announce the next three boys clubs that will compete as inaugural members of Elite 64.
Concorde Fire (GA)
Lobos Rush (TN)
Philadelphia Ukrainian Nationals (PA)
Each of these Elite 64 clubs share a collective vision and are dedicated to providing an unmatched gameday experience, in addition to maintaining the highest standards, both on and off the field, to maximize the opportunities available to their players.
“We are really excited to continue to strengthen the pool of clubs within Elite 64 by adding this group of top-class organizations,” said Simon Collins, USYS National League Commissioner. “This group will add to the outstanding clubs we’ve previously welcomed, and we look forward to working with these clubs to elevate the experience for the players. These clubs have proven to set a high standard in how they operate on and off the field, and together we’ll strive to provide the best possible platform that helps the players reach their full potential.”
The newly-announced elite performance tier of the National League, Elite 64 will begin play this fall and feature club-based competition for the nation’s top boys and girls players in the 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U and 18/19U age groups. The 64 clubs in each gender will be geographically positioned into eight groups of eight clubs. Teams play a 14-game league season and have access to two national showcases (alongside National League P.R.O.) and the Elite 64 national finals.
Each of the inaugural Elite 64 clubs will benefit from world-class performance analysis from ProScore and new USYS partner STATSports, which will provide Elite 64 clubs with unparalleled access to the world’s most advanced performance wearable technology. All data and analysis collected will be shared with college coaches and professional scouts — making every Elite 64 game or training session a recruitable moment.
Acceptance into Elite 64 guarantees each club a minimum three-year involvement in the competition, with 18-month evaluations of every club taking place to ensure standards are met and Elite 64 maintains the highest possible level of competitive balance across the platform.

CONCORDE FIRE (Elite 64 – Boys)
“We are excited about adding the Elite 64 league to our already highly competitive platforms. We look forward to incorporating Elite 64 into our boys program as we strive to provide quality avenues for all of our players. It will allow us to offer competitive opportunities for more of our players, while the partnerships with STATSports and ProScore will offer our players the opportunity to track and record data.”
Ken Kurilec, Executive Director
LOBOS RUSH (Elite 64 – Boys)
“We are tremendously excited to be part of Elite 64. To be considered one of the nation’s top 64 Boys AND Girls soccer clubs is humbling and a credit to the players and coaches at LOBOS Rush. The opportunity to compete at such a high level will provide the players with an unparalleled experience and will also allow incredible exposure to those that wish to play in the college and the professional realm. E64 completes our development pathway from grassroots recreational programming all the way up to the pinnacle of US Youth Soccer. There truly is a level for anyone who wishes to play the game from the beginner to the elite level athlete. The partnership with STATSports and ProScore will allow our players to have a new level of analytics at their disposal, which in turn will allow for fitter, stronger, smarter athletes. The ability for our coaches to have all the data needed to properly compile periodization schedules will be instrumental in not only our team’s development but also the development of the individual players.”
Mark Forrest, Technical Director
PHILADELPHIA UKRAINIAN NATIONALS (Elite 64 – Boys)
“Our club is always looking to take the next step in player development locally, regionally and nationally. The partnership with USYS has provided that for years with National League P.R.O. Now, USYS has expanded the platform of competition to Elite 64 — giving our club the opportunity to test where we are in development against the best of the best of the best. The level of exposure and access for our players to be seen by college coaches and beyond has never been presented in a comprehensive format like this. We cannot wait to announce our acceptance to E64 to our college development program players and coaches. Everyone talks measurables. Everyone talks tracking on and off the ball. The alignment with STATSports not only allows our players insights to actionable data, but it provides real-time insights to scouts and evaluators across the country and beyond.”
