Elite 64 | Girls Club Application Introduction
Thank you for expressing your interest in joining Elite 64 (E64), which is a Tier 1 club-based division in the US Youth Soccer National League. All clubs interested in being considered for E64 must complete the application. All clubs that are applying for E64 understand that, if accepted, you agree to maintain the integrity and authenticity of the league, you agree to respect your opponent and provide them the best competition both on field and the upmost respect on the sidelines.

The National League’s vision for E64 is to align clubs that are driven to providing an elite game day environment — one that allows players to express their talent with passion and flare as they strive to achieve their goals.
MISSION
National League E64 believes in empowering clubs to develop top level talent, by allowing you, the club, the flexibility to manage your player pools in a way that promotes development and aids periodization, creating greater opportunities for players to reach their potential. By aligning with industry world leaders in game analysis (ProScore), the National League will make every game a recruitable moment — establishing E64 as the premier platform for player development and preparation to compete at the next level.
TECHNICAL STANDARDS
National League E64 is focused on providing U.S.-based youth players with the best developmental and competitive environment, as well as maximizing a player’s recruitable moments. Every club accepted by the National League understands their responsibility to provide the highest level of training to meet the needs of the players. Our goal is to support clubs and assist every player in reaching their full potential. You, the club, acknowledge that our objectives are the same and will support the league in its mission to provide the best pathway that allows every player to reach their potential. Clubs understand the need for high level competition and that their place in E64, as the National League Tier 1 club-based competition, will be determined by their ongoing performance on and off the field. Our collective focus is on making every practice session a teachable opportunity and every game a recruitable moment. All clubs and their players will also be fully engaged in the National League player analysis program. All clubs will ensure that all game footage is captured and shared with our game analytics provider, ProScore, so we collectively can provide every player the opportunity to elevate their game and showcase themselves to potential scouts and recruiters. Lastly, clubs agree that continued education is vital to the growth of the game and will support their staff coaches with highly licensed Technical or Directors of Coaching, who will oversee and provide guidance on the clubs’ methodology, philosophy, and coach curriculum.
AGREEMENT
The club confirms that by completing this application, it is not in conflict with any agreement to which it is party, be that other US Youth Soccer programs or other competition organizers. The club upon completion of the application and acceptance to the National League Tier 1 club-based division — E64 — will not conflict with any agreement to which it is party.

National League E64 and our member clubs are committed to providing a safe practice and game day environment for players, coaches, and officials from any forms of abuse. All clubs accepted to participate in the National League shall support a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment. Clubs will support the objective to prevent and remove any racial, physical, and emotional abuse from our sport. Additionally, all staff members are required to complete and keep current their SafeSport certification and understand their responsibility to report abuse or suspected abuse to the correct authorities.
